A sauna and a cold plunge together make the classic hot-and-cold routine: 10 to 15 minutes of heat, a short cold dip, then rest, repeated two or three times. Everything here is made in Canada by Dundalk LeisureCraft from the same cedar, so a sauna, a plunge and an outdoor shower match when they stand side by side.
Pick a sauna by how many people use it (the 4-person saunas are the most popular size), then a plunge: the Baltic for small decks, the Polar for full-body immersion, or the Flow with a hidden compartment for an optional chiller (chiller not included). Each item is priced and ships separately; free curbside freight in the lower 48.
