1. Who we are

This store is operated by Domaform LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Domaform", "we", "us"). We sell as an authorized dealer; products ship directly from the respective manufacturer's US warehouse.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability — in those cases you are refunded in full immediately.

3. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding — you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Shipping and returns

5. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as described on the product page. We coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. Warranties do not cover damage from improper installation; permanently wired electrical products must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes.

6. Product information

We work to keep specifications, images and coverage data accurate. Minor variations (e.g. finish tones) may occur. Coverage recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee of perceived warmth, which depends on wind, mounting height and climate — our specialists are happy to help you size correctly before you buy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
