Returns & Refunds

We want you to buy the right product once — that is why we offer free sizing help before you order. If something still is not right, here is exactly how returns work. No fine-print surprises.
30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all parts and manuals.
How to start a return
- Email contact@domaform.com with your order number, within 30 days of delivery.
- We issue a Return Authorization (RA) and the correct return address. Returns sent without an RA cannot be accepted, because products must go back to the manufacturer's warehouse.
- Ship the item back (see costs below). Once it arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Costs, stated up front
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered: return shipping is on us and you receive a full refund or free replacement, your choice.
- Change of mind: you cover return shipping. Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee (typically 10–15%); if one applies to your item, we tell you the exact amount in the RA email before you ship anything back.
Non-returnable items
Custom-built and made-to-order items (e.g. custom fire tables, configured sauna kits) cannot be returned unless defective. These are always marked as made-to-order on the product page before you buy.
Damaged in transit?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos to contact@domaform.com. For freight deliveries, note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. We handle the entire claim with the manufacturer and carrier, you deal only with us.
Warranty
Every product carries its full manufacturer warranty (registered to you from day one). If an issue appears after the return window, contact us anyway — we coordinate warranty service with the manufacturer on your behalf.
