Domaform Outdoor is a division of Domaform, a US e-commerce company based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We sell a deliberately small catalog — patio heating, fire features and outdoor saunas — as an authorized dealer for the manufacturers who define each category.

How ordering works

1. Order on domaform.com — authorized dealer pricing, protected by each manufacturer's MAP policy.
2. Your order ships direct from the manufacturer's warehouse — factory-fresh stock, no middle warehouse. We confirm the shipping timeline for your model right after your order, and you receive tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
3. You're covered twice — the full manufacturer warranty plus our specialist support line for sizing, installation questions and anything after delivery.

We think direct shipping is a feature, not a shortcut: you get current-production units registered to you for warranty from day one, and we get to spend our time on what actually helps — honest sizing advice and real answers on the phone.
