The Mande MWT4 is a 4 person wood burning hot tub with a fiberglass interior and a Scandinavian ThermoWood® exterior, handcrafted in Lithuania. It runs without electricity: a wood-fired side stove heats the water, and it arrives fully assembled.

How does it heat without a pump?

The stove warms the water and a dual-flow circulation draws cooler water from the base and returns it from above, so the temperature evens out without a pump. An air chamber between the fiberglass insert and the wooden exterior heats up while the stove runs, which helps warm-up time and keeps heat in.

Why a fiberglass interior?

The fiberglass insert gives a smooth, contoured seat surface that is easy to clean, and it keeps the water away from the wood. The ThermoWood® exterior is heat-treated without chemicals for better moisture resistance and stability.

Setup and delivery

The MWT4 ships fully assembled by freight, curbside with a liftgate, free in the lower 48. Set it on a level, solid base with room around the stove and chimney, and plan how you will fill and drain it. You only need firewood and water; there is no electrical hookup.

Does it need electricity?

No. Heating and circulation work without power.

How long does it take to heat?

The manufacturer states 40°F to 95°F in about 1.5-2 hours. Outdoor temperature, wood and fire management change this.

How many people fit?

Up to four adults.
